Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) are one of the largest fund managers in renewables globally. They specialise in renewable energy investments and are pioneering their approach to realising profitable green energy transitions based on high ESG standards. 

THE CHALLENGE

CIP needed a way to stand out from the crowd at the Copenhagen Business School’s 2022 Graduate Recruitment Fair. They wanted to highlight their commitment to renewable energy and the innovative ways they integrate different energy alternatives into their business to find the best talent that shares their values.

We needed to find an exciting and engaging way to convey this message to graduates and solidify CIP as a memorable business throughout the fair while helping to recruit the best of the best. 

THE SOLUTION

We used the power of gamification to foster meaningful connections between CIP and recruits. Installing a custom Pavegen energy game that challenged participants to generate as much power as they could in 60 seconds. Building a competition between recruits to be the biggest energy generator and get their name on the leader board. 

Educating the top talent in Copenhagen around CIP’s values and ethos when it comes to sustainability, and how they are leading the charge in green business.

THE IMPACT

CIP was able to connect with the next generation of business leaders who are like-minded individuals in the energy investment sector. We created the most innovative and unique stand at the recruitment fair and encouraged recruits to think outside the box regarding renewable energy. 

The kinetic brand experience educated visitors on CIP's unique messaging and allowed them to engage with a company they wanted to work for. This resulted in a top-tier selection of graduates applying for CIP graduate jobs in the following months.
