SIEMENS, FUTURE MOBILITY GAMIFIED

GAMIFYING SIEMENS PURPOSE

Siemens1-1024x683

THE CHALLENGE

Long-standing partner of Pavegen, Siemens, is expanding its global presence in the sustainable mobility sector. To do that they wanted to bring to life their message in an engaging and immersive way.

THE SOLUTION

Siemens employed Pavegen technology outside their HQ for a 5-day Future Mobility event, the IAA. Thanks to our kinetic tech tiles, visitors of the event were challenged to generate clean electricity using their own footsteps as part of a gamified experience in the shape of an energy challenge. The game brought people together with the message of creating a physical manifestation of Siemens’ clean mobility initiatives.

Working with Pavegen, Siemens was able to promote its sustainable mobility technology messages to a European-wide audience in an engaging, immersive way.

THE IMPACT

Siemens has seen incredible engagement across the mobility sector during this 5-day event. As well as speaking with key professionals and decision-makers from the global mobility sector, they were able to entertain and excite them, using Pavegen. Meaning their message will be not only remembered but understood.

Although the Pavegen technology is not new to Siemens, the IAA Event provided the perfect opportunity for engagement, building interest and excitement amongst visitors for a worldwide sustainable mobility push. In addition, using Siemens MindSphere software, Pavegen is able to store data such as who created the most energy or store images taken on the stand as part of the experience, creating a way to extend the conversation beyond the event.
