This overwhelming support reflects the belief in our mission: to transform how cities harness energy, data, and movement — and to make every step count in building a more sustainable, connected world. But this is just the beginning.

At Pavegen, we’re building something much bigger than kinetic tiles. We’re creating a platform that transforms footfall into clean electricity and actionable data, and embedding that capability into the infrastructure of forward-thinking cities and spaces around the world. Our mission is to evolve Pavegen into a recurring revenue business, powered by SaaS, licensing, and long-term infrastructure partnerships. We want our technology to be everywhere people move, from transport hubs and retail destinations to real estate developments and urban walkways.

Where We’re Going Next: Pavegen’s 24-Month Growth Blueprint

Over the next two years, we’re focused on scaling across three core pillars: technology, global reach, and commercial impact.

We’re expanding deployment of our hybrid Kinetic + Solar systems, with over 20 live opportunities already in our pipeline. To support this growth, we’re establishing local manufacturing hubs in the Middle East and Asia, allowing us to reduce lead times, cut costs, and scale faster into new regions. We’re also working with top engineering partners to develop a value-engineered product that will open the door to lower-cost, price-sensitive markets. At the same time, we’re preparing to launch our new Urban Movement OS - an AI-powered platform that connects our hardware to a digital layer of insights. This system will go live in five flagship smart cities, serving over 20 enterprise clients across real estate, transport, civic, and retail spaces. Through this platform, we’ll deliver predictive footfall data, ESG reporting, and engagement optimisation, turning every footstep into insight and impact.

To take Pavegen global, we’re deploying lean, focused sales teams across MENA, Southeast Asia, and North America, building a pipeline of more than 60 qualified opportunities, each valued over £1 million. We’re also growing our network of strategic partners and launching government-backed pilots to accelerate market entry. And we’re not stopping there. Our product team is on track to reduce installation time by 40%, using a standardised system of modular components and an online activation platform. Our Experience Platform, which combines hardware, energy generation, and data analytics, is set to achieve over 75% gross margins, supported by a delivery playbook designed to scale event-based and permanent installations alike.

What We’re Aiming For

We’re targeting at least three landmark contracts with global brands and governments, each representing multi-site rollouts and recurring annual revenues of £100k or more. In parallel, we’re launching Pavegen Road, piloting new transport-focused applications in the UK and the Middle East and rolling out a licensing model that allows OEMs and infrastructure partners to integrate our IP into their own products. Ultimately, our plan is to grow Pavegen into a category-defining clean tech platform, embedded into the cities, transport systems, and public spaces of tomorrow.
